At Verified Medi, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience.

1. When Can an Order Be Canceled?

Out of Stock: If an item or quantity is unavailable, your order may be canceled.

Payment Failure: Orders with unsuccessful payments are automatically canceled.

Pricing Errors: If an item is priced incorrectly, we will cancel the order and allow you to repurchase it at the correct price.

Customer Request: You can cancel any order before it is processed by contacting Customer Care.

2. Refunds

Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us. We will try to resolve the issue, offer a replacement, or provide a full refund.

  • Online: Log in, go to Order History, find your order, and click “Cancel Order.”

Important Terms

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Government taxes and customs duties are determined by local regulations and cannot be refunded.
  • 24-Hour Payment Window: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled 24 hours after the final invoice is sent.
  • Shipping Delays: You can cancel an order anytime before delivery. However, if it has already reached your country’s customs, any applicable duties will be deducted from your refund.
  • Incorrect Delivery: If you receive the wrong brand or dosage, notify us within 7 days. We take full responsibility and will arrange a free replacement or refund.
